What is Direct Primary Care (DPC)?
Direct Primary Care is a membership program that provides unlimited direct access to your health care provider for a low monthly fee. DPC makes health care accessible, affordable and convenient. Insurance is not billed for office visits, and there are NO Co-Pays
Is DPC the same as concierge medicine?
No, they are different. With concierge medicine, your insurance company is billed, and you pay co-pays for office visits, PLUS you pay a monthly membership fee. With DPC, your insurance is not billed for your primary care visits, and there are no co-pays for visits to the primary care office. You only pay the membership fee.
How will DPC improve my care?
DPC allows you to access your health care provider as much as you want for one low monthly fee. Same-day or next-day appointments are available in person or via telehealth. Overall, accessing health care is simpler and more convenient.
